Customer Feedback In Action: The QuickShip Signup Form

Recently we received a great website feedback comment from Gary Davidson from the city of Gridley regarding the location of the QuickShip signup form on our website.  Since the redesign of the website users have been having a hard time locating the signup page for QuickShip because it is only linked to from the QuickShip page.  After receiving Gary’s comments regarding the signup form, the GenPac web team took action to fix the problem..

The GenPac web team has now fixed the issue regarding the QuickShip signup form by placing the link back in its original location under the QuickShip login box.  Now users are able to get to the signup form from any of the pages on our website by clicking the link located in the top right corner of the screen.

The following was sent back to Gary as our response:

Gary,
Thank you for your comments.  We have added an additional sign-on link next to the sign-in button on the home page, great suggestion.  You have also been entered to win an IPod (See GenPac’s website for details)  If you have any other suggestions or comments please let us know, this is the only way we can make the site more user friendly.
