Itron provides a website for all customers to use to download the latest reference materials and software updates. This website is called Itron Access. General Pacific recommends that all Itron users obtain a login to Itron Access. Follow the instructions below to obtain a login for Itron Access:

1) Open up a web browser and go to http://access.itron.com

2) In the upper right hand corner, click the “Create New Account” link

3) Fill in the required information and click on the “Create Account” button at the bottom of the form.

Itron will send you a confirmation email. Follow instructions in confirmation email to complete setup of your account. Once you have completed the signup process you will be able to login and use Itron Access.
